implement mode where default values are applied to notes when clicking them (activated by grey bars above defaults)

when active, clicking a note applies the default value on it

fix 'note change duration' in sequencer so that the end of the note comes before the start of the adjacent note

show both, velocity and gid, in note; when deleting note, move it out of the way so that the numbers are not visible
