bump version to v1.1-beta5

No other change. This is an attempt to fix an issue with Pd compiled against
newest Jack not working with Jack shipped with tpf-installer script by Johannes
Schütt. Hopefully, Pd compiled against old Jack makes tpf-client work everywhere.
